Terms of Use

1. General Terms

These terms of use apply to all users of the EMIRBABA platform (operated by METATURAN AŞ). By registering on the platform or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Supplier Obligations

  • Accurate and up-to-date company information must be provided.
  • Only one account per company is allowed. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited.
  • Listed products must be genuine and lawful; misleading information is not permitted.
  • Entering into off-platform agreements with buyers is prohibited.
  • Tax certificate verification is mandatory; submitting forged documents will result in account closure.

3. Buyer Obligations

  • The platform may only be used for commercial purposes.
  • Respectful and honest communication with suppliers is required.
  • Creating fake orders or quotes is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Supplier accounts benefit from the Starter plan free of charge for the first 6 months. Upgrading to paid plans is done via bank transfer and requires administrator approval. Approved subscriptions are non-refundable; no refund is issued for the remaining period if cancelled early.

5. Prohibited Content

  • Fake, misleading, or copyright-infringing product images
  • Sale of illegal, dangerous, or restricted products
  • Spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Hate speech or harassing messages

6. Account Suspension and Closure

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. To appeal an account closure decision, please write to . info@emirbaba.com.tr

7. Limitation of Liability

EMIRBABA acts as an intermediary in transactions conducted through the platform and cannot be held liable for damages arising from disputes between parties. The platform does not guarantee the quality of products or services offered by suppliers.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
