For international data transfers, safeguards under KVKK Art. 9 are applied.

Your personal data is collected electronically through registration forms, profile update screens, the messaging system, cookies, and automatic log records.
5. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by law (10 years for commercial records) after the processing purpose ends or your account is deleted, then destroyed.
6. Your Rights Under KVKK (Article 11)
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose and whether it's used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
- Request notification to third parties
- Object to automated processing decisions
- Claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing
